Its all about helping families at the time they need it most. Many don't see it coming and are not prepared but Faith's Lodge is there to help families connect, cope and find hope.
We honored the memory of Sophia Lenmark on Friday with a golf event benefitting Faith's Lodge, a place where Dan and Alli Lenmark found peace and connection after the loss of Sophia. We were challenged at the post-golf dinner by Sophia's Bapa to "Give more if you can." And, if you can, there is a match of up to $5,000 dollars for Faith's Lodge. That could mean $10,000 for Faith's Lodge. What can $10,000 do? That covers the cost for 50 families to come to Faith's Lodge for the first time. It nearly pays for a year's worth of therapist expenses -- a much-needed service to the Faith's Lodge families. Or, it would pay entirely for a busy summer's worth of therapeutic craft supplies (and the ingredients for s'mores).
So, Give if you can. And, if you can, Faith's Lodge wins.
